Aamir Khan and his brother, Faisal Khan won hearts with their film, Mela. It seems that over the years, Aamir and Faisal’s relationship became strained. Faisal, time and again, accused the family of mistreating him. A few days back, Faisal revealed that he was locked in his home, and was forced to take medicine, as he was falsely tagged to be ‘mad’. Now, as per a report, Faisal has decided to sever all ties with his family members, and he has reportedly made this decision official.

Faisal Khan shared a statement with Bollywood Bubble, wherein he revealed that he would not be a part of his late father, Tahir Husain or his mother, Zeenat Tahir Husain’s family from now on. As per the statement, he has made the decision to cut the ties and will not take any monthly allowance from the family. The same statement came a week after Faisal again made some shocking claims about his family members. The statement of Faisal could be read as:
“All persons are required to take note that on and from the date hereof I shall not be known as forming part of the family of my late father Tahir Husain or my mother Zeenat Tahir Husain, and/or any other family member more particularly described in the Schedule hereunder written, and I shall not be entitled to any rights arising out of the estate of either of them or liable for any liability arising out of the estate of either of them.”

In an interview with Pinkvilla, Aamir Khan’s brother, Faisal Khan made some shocking claims. He revealed that he was unsure about how to come out of the web, where each of his family members tagged him as a ‘mad’ man. Faisal further mentioned that people called him ‘crazy’, stating that he was harmful to society. Faisal went on to reveal that his brother, Aamir, had kept him locked inside a guarded room, making him unable to leave, even if he wanted to.
In the same interview, Faisal Khan shared that he wanted to contact his father, whom he thought was the only one who could save him from this mess. Well, he couldn’t do so, given that he didn’t possess any mobile phones back then. Faisal also stated that he was given medicine forcibly, as people thought him to be a ‘mad’ person, while Aamir took charge of his legal and financial decisions. Faisal said that due to the medicines that he was given unnecessarily, he faced several health issues, including weight gain. Faisal mentioned that while Aamir is a kind person, someone might have brainwashed him into locking the former, and he followed the same.
When things seemed to have sorted out between Aamir and Faisal Khan
During Aamir Khan’s daughter, Ira Khan’s wedding, it seemed that things might have sorted out between the two brothers, Aamir and Faisal Khan. Following this, Aamir Khan’s photo with his brother surfaced, which was from their mother’s birthday party. In one of the photos, Faisal was seen hugging his brother Aamir, while other snaps featured him with his family members. With these clues, people thought things might have sorted out between Aamir and Faisal.
