Russian President Vladimir Putin brushed off a question about agreeing to a ceasefire as he landed in Anchorage, Alaska, for talks with US President Donald Trump. When a reporter asked if he would “stop killing civilians,” Putin acted as if he hadn’t heard and walked on without answering.
