Top Luxury Bedding Sets to Shop in 2025

The difference consistently good sleep makes in your life is undeniable. Though there’s a plethora of sleep products today to aid with TikTok’s latest wellness obsession, “sleepmaxxing,” sometimes all it takes to reset your sleep routine is upgrading your sheets. Think about it: Just like you buy clothes to suit your personal style and adapt to the seasons, your bed also deserves fresh bedding that not only looks great but serves your sleep goals. And you truly want to elevate your nights, investing in the best luxury bedding is one of the most effective — and indulgent — ways to do it.

What sets luxury bedding sets apart from standard bedding? The former stands out in several crucial aspects, including materials (like the best bamboo sheets or the best cotton sheets), craftsmanship, design, and overall quality. Luxury bedding is often composed of top-tier fabrications that are known for their durability and undeniably sumptuous feel. Thread count and weaves (like percale, the sateen, or jersey) are also key components in curating the dream sleep experience. When shopping for luxe bedding, you’ll similarly want to consider your climate, home decor aesthetic, and personal preferences. Dependable, built-to-last-a-lifetime bedding is an investment, so you’ll want to make sure that you’re getting bedsheets that accommodate your lifestyle to a tee.

It can be hard to decipher what bedsheets, pillowcases, and duvet covers are worth your hard-earned money, so we’re here to help you find the best bedding sets out there. To simplify thread counts, the particulars of percale versus sateen, and a multitude of related terms, we consulted interior designer Amy Switzer — who has nearly 20 years of experience designing bedding for manufacturers — as well as textile expert Saana Baker, who’s the editor-in-chief of the publication “The Textile Eye,” and Preeti Arya, PhD., assistant professor of textile development and marketing at the Fashion Institute of Technology. These experts broke down everything there is to know about luxury bedding and made it easy to hone in on the best of the best to shop.

To be sure we’re really giving you only the most vetted advice, our shopping team also tested bed sets from 20+ brands over the span of a month (we trialed bestsellers from the companies you already know and love, like Brooklinen, as well as some you might not be familiar with yet, like the Ukrainian-based Sea Me Linen). Here, you’ll find options for all seasons (summer-friendly cooling sheets for the win!), plus diversity in fabrics, weaves, prints, and beyond. Note: All prices listed are for queen-size sheets, unless otherwise specified, and we even have a WWD-exclusive discount code for you to enjoy on an Editor’s Choice bedding set from Cozy Earth, for a limited time only.

    Cozy Earth Bamboo Sheet Set

WWD EXCLUSIVE DEAL: By entering the code WWDCOZY at checkout, you’ll get 35 percent off sitewide at Cozy Earth until September 2, 2025.

Cozy Earth is loved by Oprah and Kris Jenner, so it’s definitely a luxury bedding and loungewear brand worth putting on your radar. And though one of its most popular products is the editor-tested Cuddle Blanket, all eyes are currently on Cozy Earth’s roster of bamboo bedding, which prioritizes breathability, yes, but also durability (it’s pilling-proof for 10 years) and the kind of softness that might just make you hit the snooze button one too many times. Other attributes of this set that make it a worthwhile addition to your linen collection include an oversized fit that accommodates deep-pocket mattresses and a subtle sheen that adds even more refinement to your bedroom sanctuary. Scanning the review section for Cozy Earth’s Bamboo Sheet Set, a few unifying sentiments crop up. Mainly, “the best sheets I have ever had,” “it doesn’t get better than this for a good night’s sleep,” and “world’s softest sheets.” Use this information wisely.

Editor testing and review notes: “As soon as I put these sheets on my bed, it was easy to see why they’re so hyped: The bedding set is just that good! I was not prepared for the level of soft silkiness that delivered a luxury, hotel-quality sleep. The fabric is lightweight and breathable, making the sheets ideal for hot sleepers and year-round use. Aside from the incredible softness present, they’re also not as prone to wrinkling or pilling, which is the ultimate cherry on top.” — WWD Senior Style Commerce Editor Lauren Fisher

    Buffy Breeze Sheet Set

Buffy has received countless accolades for its famous Cloud Comforter, Breeze Comforter, Cloud Pillow, and Body Pillow, but the Breeze Sheet Set is likely the brand’s most popular and well-known offering. True to its name, the set is crafted out of 100% Tencel lyocell from sustainably farmed Austrian eucalyptus: a material that’s proven to be more cooling than cotton. Free from harmful chemicals and dyed using plant-based dyes, you can rest assured that the Buffy top-seller is hypoallergenic, sustainable, thermoregulating, and moisture-wicking — quite an impressive resume.

Whatever your interior design aesthetic is, Buffy has a Breeze Sheet Set style for you (whether you’re leaning more towards the ornate Paisley or, like us, want to keep things minimalist with a simple yet pleasing-on-the-eyes White). And in case something goes wrong, which it shouldn’t, the trusted, industry-leading company has a 50-night, risk-free return policy, plus a complimentary, three-year warranty to help you sleep better at night.

Editor testing and review notes: “In the White colorway, the top sheet mirrors the fabric of an expensive wedding dress: That’s how high-quality of a product this whole set is. The pillowcases have glorious envelope closure and not-too-wide, delineated edging for an extra-crisp feel. But my favorite aspect? Hands down the fitted sheet, which feels so smooth you want to instantly spread out on it. Other special details present that go the extra mile include “head” and “foot” labels and mattress-wrapping straps on the fitted sheet for a tighter fit. I made a small stain on the sheet while eating popcorn in bed (I’m just a girl!), but the material ensured it was super easy to wipe the mess clean — and it dried in a completely incognito way. I could seriously brush my feet over the top of the fitted sheet all day, because its silky softness feels like slipping into a perfect envelope. The pillowcases, too, were gentle on my skin, and (maybe this is the placebo effect at play) I also felt like my complexion looked better when waking up. What’s not to love?” — WWD Senior Commerce Writer Stacia Datskovska

    Ettitude Signature Bamboo Sheet Set

It’s no wonder that Ettitude is loved by celebrities like Hilary Duff and Mandy Moore due to its super-soft bedding that’s made with patented CleanBamboo fibers. As the brand explains, “CleanBamboo is a lyocell made from organic bamboo, and uses a food-grade organic solvent in the [manufacturing] process, unlike all other bamboo fabrics made with toxic viscose/rayon technology, or cotton grown with pesticides.” Not only are you ensured a toxin-free sleep, but the breathability of Ettitude’s bedding guarantees falling asleep faster and staying asleep longer — a dream arrangement. You’d be surprised that the Signature Bamboo Sheet Set isn’t made from 100-percent silk, because it looks just as luxuriously smooth. Still on the fence? Maybe the set being recommended by dermatologists  and feeling practically weightless will help convince you to click “add to cart.”

Editor testing and review notes: “I’m not exaggerating when I say this sateen set is to DIE for. The softness? Incredible. The stitching? Luxe. The only thing missing for me is envelope closure for the pillowcases, but, considering how outstanding the bedsheets are overall, this is a minor point I can overlook. The fitted sheet component did look a bit drapey-slash-loose on the bed, though I nevertheless loved “tucking myself in” with it underneath my body, night in and night out. My legs could move without feeling like they’re rubbing against sandpaper (a dreaded feeling), and, aesthetics-wise, the Cloud hue goes perfectly with a darker duvet cover from Ettitude. (My suggestion? Almond all the way.)” — Datskovska

    Saatva Organic Sateen Sheet Set

Saatva’s speciality is in sustainable mattresses, and it’s considered the pioneer of the direct-to-consumer business model in this industry. But the brand’s sheets merit your full attention, too, as they’re made out of premium fabrics like this 100-percent certified organic cotton set. Boasting a thread count of 300 (for reference, a moderately high thread count ranging from 300 to 800 threads per square inch often indicates a homeostasis between softness and durability), the sheets feel delightful on skin courtesy of their sateen weave that stands up to multiple washes and years of consistent use.

Being a natural fiber, the cotton here also provides breathability. And, per Saatva, the fact that the set’s thread count isn’t massive is helpful when it comes to thermoregulation, too. “If you tend to sleep hot, a higher thread count may not be a great choice as it tends to trap body heat,” Saatva states on its site. Want to make your new Organic Sateen Sheet Set even more of a treat? Get it in an embroidered version, which comes with sophisticated stripes for added visual interest.

Editor testing and review notes: “It’s no secret that sateen is my favorite weave to spend the night with, but Saatva’s Organic Sateen Sheet Set had less sheen and more firmness to it than other sateen sets I tested, both for this roundup and in the past. This didn’t bother me one bit; in fact, I loved the set’s durability, paired with the fact that the pillowcases didn’t feel abrasive throughout my twisting and turning. Note that they don’t have envelope closure, so the edges need to be tucked in or hidden behind layered statement pillows. The fitted sheet kept me warm but not too warm with the A/C on during summer nights (cheers to a Goldilocks balance) and didn’t come undone or look creased in the morning. In case you’re using this as a cozy gift for a loved one, Saatva’s sheets come with a handy carrying case. Catch me repurposing it as a chic tote bag all year long.” — Datskovska

Brooklinen Classic Percale Core Sheet Set

Keep waking up in a sweat? You need a cooling sheet set, dear reader! This award winner from Brooklinen put the TikTok-viral bedding brand on the map, and is widely praised for its matte crispness, wide assortment of colorways and patterns, and the all-night breathability provided by its pillowcases, fitted sheet, and flat sheet. A bonus? Pillowcase envelope closures, which are harder to find in bedding sets than you think. The top styles of the Brooklinen Classic Percale Core Sheet Set keep selling out across queen and king sizes, so take this as your sign to shop today: securing deeper sleep on airier sheets.

And if you can’t decide if percale is right for you, know that it “gives the absorbency and comfort of cotton,” according to Preeti Arya, PhD., assistant professor of textile development and marketing at the Fashion Institute of Technology, because it’s a type of cotton fabric. Resistance to snags and tears is a major benefit here too because of percale’s tight weave.

Editor testing and review notes: “What first struck me about this sheet set is that it smells almost sweet and woodsy right out of the box, which is a perk considering many sets require you washing them first to eliminate an almost chemical-like scent. As with all Brooklinen fitted sheets, the one in this set had ‘long’ and ‘short’ markings that made fitting it over my mattress easy as pie. The pillowcases felt way more smooth on my cheek compared to the brand’s Washed European Linen line that I also tested, and all the sheets maintained great coolness during a sumptuous mid-day nap I took on them. Plus, those stripes somehow make my bed look bigger, and who can complain about that?!” — Datskovska

    Quince Bamboo Sheet Set

In the same way that Quince is democratizing fashion, it’s also in the business of providing affordable bedding solutions that don’t sacrifice the quality found in pricier alternatives. Seeing as how many of the picks in our roundup reach over-$350 levels, Quince’s under-$150 bedding becomes even more remarkable in light of the fact that it’s crafted out of bamboo: one of the trendiest and most desirable materials in the home space right now. Not a flat sheet fan? You can choose to exclude it from your purchase, bumping down the price. Besides giving reason to relish in the resource-efficiency of the fabric you’re sleeping on, the Bamboo Sheet Set will grant you the kind of softer-than-clouds feel sateen has a reputation for. Another win is that it’s cool to the touch: an attribute that still remains after hours of rest and saves you from constantly turning the pillow to the cold side. Quince makes it so both sides are the cold side, because you deserve nothing less.

Editor testing and review notes: “I was so impressed by how soft, silky, and luxurious Quince’s bamboo sheets feel. As a hot sleeper, the lightweight, breathable fabric is cooling, making them especially ideal during warmer months. They offer a smooth feel that makes slipping into bed seem hotel-worthy. The only drawback I found during testing is that the silky texture, while incredibly luxe, can also make them a bit slippery, particularly if you’re pairing the sheets with an equally smooth duvet or comforter. Still, that’s a minor trade-off for the comfort they provide, and they’re absolutely going to become a staple in my sheet rotation.” — Fisher

    Parachute Brushed Cotton Venice Set

Started in 2014, Parachute is an internet-loved bedding brand that has the mission of bringing laid-back elegance to every abode. Recently, it expanded beyond neutrals-dominated color offerings by releasing a range of five summery colorways for its bestselling linen sheets. This set, however, is made of cotton, not flax, and prides itself on supreme breathability, a soft hand feel, and an intentionally lived-in look that’s achieved through the brand’s special brushing technique. Reviewers note that, unlike some darker bedding on the market, the Parachute sheets don’t visibly shed (a godsend), feel luxurious, are comfortable right out of the box, and wash beautifully. Don’t believe the hype of 1,000-plus five-star reviews yet? Buy a set, and get back to us later.

Editor testing and review notes: “I never had dark bedding before, but it’s safe to say I’m a convert after trialing these luxury bedsheets from Parachute. Color is literally the biggest draw here in my opinion, and I caught myself dreaming about going back to the beauty of my bed multiple times a day (PSA: Get the set in Dusk). Fabric-wise, it’s made of 100-percent cotton that’s been brushed and washed, making it indulgently buttery. The fitted sheet hugged my mattress very well and looked creaseless; as for the pillowcases, they didn’t fit perfectly and left a bit of a gap (but this might be because I have quite rotund pillows). Remaking my bed after a night’s sleep felt satisfying with this set, so I give it my whole-hearted seal of approval.” — Datskovska

    Matouk Del Tesoro Fitted Sheet

Matouk is a luxury linen brand through and through, founded in 1929 by John Matouk and now in its third generation of family ownership. You’ll find decadent textiles across categories like bath, sleepwear, and kitchen, but perhaps the fastest way to fully savor all the elegance the company stands for is by investing in its bedding. And investing is the right word, since the top-of-the-line selections are on the higher end of the price spectrum, but this particular Del Tesoro Fitted Sheet’s Egyptian cotton percale composition, thread count of 500, and made-in-the-USA status will make every dollar count. We’re head over heels for that whimsical, deep-sea toile print by Schumacher, Matouk’s design partner on this particular piece. Sleeping amidst vibrant coral and true-to-life shells? Nothing can get better than that.

Editor testing and review notes: “This is the kind of bedding that makes you feel utterly fancy in an old-world way. Sure, $349 for a single fitted sheet might feel exorbitant, but what you’re paying for is looks, quality, and, not least among these, status. Tell a house guest that they’re sleeping on Matouk, and they’ll deem you Hostess of the Year in no time; gift Matouk sheets to your in-laws, and they’ll finally embrace you as their own. The sea life illustrations here blew the competition out of the water (get it?) through their incredible level of detail, and I felt that the fabric was soft yet firm: holding its own while allowing for smooth motions. The fit is relatively snug on a queen mattress, so size accordingly! The only danger here is buying three more and also allowing your bedding to clash (I recommend picking a neutral-toned duvet cover and pillowcases to balance out all the colors present in this sheet).” — Datskovska

    Sea Me Linen Fitted Sheet

Launched in 2015 from the coastal town of Odesa, Ukraine, Sea Me Linen is helmed by Natalya Ishchenko and her business partner Eteri Saneblidze. The two women are firm believers in the power of rest and slowed-down living: channeling these tenets through their sewn-to-order sheet sets out of natural flax linen. Inspired by their place of origin, Sea Me’s bedding pieces take a page from sea when it comes to colorways (you’ll find hue options like Caribbean, Foam, Mediterranean, and Teal Waves). Not only is flax beneficial due to its antibacterial properties, high absorbency, sustainability, and hypoallergenic nature, but it also, according to the brand, “has a light massaging effect, favorably stimulating blood flow and promoting relaxation.”

Because all Sea Me Linen offerings are put into production after an order is made, shoppers have flexibility in terms of sizing (unique dimensions are catered to) and color combinations. Want to go all in on maximizing your R&R? Sea Me also sells flax linen pajamas, including kimono-style ones you can match to your new bedding.

Editor testing and review notes: “The care Sea Me’s founder Natalya puts into her creations is clear as day as soon as you come into contact with them. As part of testing, I chose a fitted sheet, pillowcases, and a duvet cover in three separate shades — cherishing the fact that, unlike most brands, Sea Me lets you mix and match to curate your dream bedscape. The fitted sheet in Caribbean turns beige-adjacent in certain lighting, meaning it’s a chameleon that can perfectly adjust to your environment. And while the natural flax linen might be rough for some people, I can attest to the fact that it gets softer with each wash-slash-night. It didn’t have a weird out-of-the-box smell, is highly breathable for summer, has a thickness and weight I approve of, and overall lets you have a little fun with your bedding. And we could all use more of that.” — Datskovska

    Casa Parini Fitted Sheet

Casa Parini is the kind of small business that, if you reach out with a question or concern via email, will usually provide a response straight from the hand of its founder: Milan-based Viola Stancati. In a world of mass production and household-name bedding giants, the boutique Casa Parini stands out from the crowd thanks to one key detail: It utilizes hemp, which requires about a third of the water that organic cotton does during the manufacturing process. Hemp also gets better over time and goes head-to-head with cotton where coziness is concerned in many cases. Plus, its raw naturality and neutral aesthetic make it evocative of the quiet-luxury lifestyle that’s been trending across interior design, fashion, and even beauty as of late. Casa Parini’s sheets aren’t cheap in the least, but they’re also handcrafted by seamstresses in Tuscany — a traditional, time-intensive approach whose quality becomes evident when you slide into bed.

Editor testing and review notes: “First things first, Casa Parini’s fitted sheet wraps my mattress perfectly and bypasses creases or flimsiness because of its thickness. It also comes in a bag of same fabric, which can double as a receptacle for the sheet when you’re swapping it out for another Casa Parini favorite. And though the hemp it’s made of is a bit too rough for my liking, the brand assures its sheets get softer with every wash: something I can attest to, because the Casa Parini pillowcases I was testing came pre-washed and were much smoother than the not-yet-washed fitted sheet in question. Most importantly, after washing Casa Parini bedding, the sheets’ color finish look more blended — an effect that’s even more pronounced if you invest in its richer hue offerings like Blu Notte or Tangerine. Breathability-wise, I stayed cool when I had the A/C off and didn’t get too cold when it was on, so the fitted sheet stays true to it’s promise of thermal equilibrium.” — Datskovska

What to Consider When Shopping for the Best Luxury Bedding

When shopping for luxury bedding, there are several important factors to consider — so as to ensure you’re selecting the best option for your preferences and needs. Luxury bedding distinguishes itself from affordable alternatives in multiple ways, per interior designer Amy Switzer. “The material quality, thread count, feel, comfort, durability, attention to detail, breathability, temperature regulation, brand reputation, and certification all set luxury bedding apart from everything else on the market,” she reiterates.

Before investing in luxury bedding, you’ll want to pay attention to the following considerations:

    • Materials: Bedding made from high-quality materials such as Egyptian or Pima cotton, which are known for their luxurious feel, is always a safe bet. These days, though, cotton’s supremacy is losing its foothold to alternative fabrics like bamboo, hemp, flax, and even, as Buffy’s Breeze Sheet Set will have you know, eucalyptus. We’ll go into specifics later, but be sure to choose the kind of bedding that both feels good to rest on and also scores high in durability, softness, and longevity.
    • Thread count: Thread count refers to the number of horizontal and vertical threads per every square inch of a given fabric. While a higher thread count does signal a denser weave, potentially smoother texture, and certainty that “it will last more laundry cycles without getting easily worn out,” per Arya, it’s not the only element responsible for a sheet set’s quality. “Sometimes, manufacturers use multi-ply threads (where multiple thinner threads are twisted together) to inflate the thread count without necessarily improving quality,” Switzer says.
    • Certifications: When shopping for luxury bedding, Switzer advises looking for sets that hold certifications such as Oeko-Tex Standard-100 or those indicating organic, sustainably sourced materials. “These can demonstrate a commitment to quality and ethical manufacturing practices, which is very important,” Switzer tells WWD.
    • Price: Luxury bedding often comes with a steeper price tag, so consider what you’re willing to spend while being prepared to invest in a quality product meant to last a lifetime. However, as with anything online, also stay cautious of inflated prices that may not necessarily reflect superior quality. We made sure to personally vet everything on this list for your peace of mind, while being considerate of varying budgets.
    • Quality assurance: Many brands have warranties, which is great news for customers (luxury bedding isn’t cheap, after all!). The logic goes as follows: If a brand has a warranty, this typically means that it puts trust in its quality, and you, by proxy, can feel confident in your purchase. Warranties can range from a few months to multiple years, during which timeframe the brand will refund your purchase if it’s defective or repair any damages incurred.

    The Best Luxury Bedding Materials

You’ll want to consider your climate environment, overall home aesthetic, and sleeping habits when selecting specific materials for luxury bedding, explains Switzer. “In warmer regions, breathable and lightweight materials, like linen or bamboo rayon, are great choices as they help maintain a cooler sleep environment,” she says. “Warmer and insulating materials such as flannel or thicker cotton might be more suitable for colder climates to provide extra warmth and comfort.”

Here are some of the top luxury bedding materials to consider

    • Linen: “Flax, the fiber used to make linen, has long been valued for its breathability and natural texture and is having a moment. I am a huge fan!” Saana Baker, founder and editor-in-chief of “The Textile Eye,” tells us. “Like hemp, it’s excellent from a sustainability standpoint — growing readily with minimal water and pesticide use.” Some individuals enjoy the natural texture of linen, while others may prefer the smoothness of materials like cotton or silk (“linen sheets do tend to have a rougher hand feel than finer cotton sheets, particularly those woven in a sateen structure, which yields a softer, smoother finish,” says Baker). “For anyone new to linen bedding, I typically recommend starting with a softened linen rather than a traditional one — it’s a gentler introduction. When in doubt, buying only a set of pillowcases is a great way to test out the feel,” Baker continues. Looks are important to keep in mind, too. “Fibers like hemp and flax have their own great drape and luster that is superior to cotton. Therefore, these two fibers are sometimes preferred over cotton sheets because of their beauty,” Arya shares.
    • Silk: Silk bedding’s TL;DR is that it’s incredibly smooth, soft, and luxurious. The material is naturally resistant to dust mites, mold, and mildew, making silk a popular choice for individuals with allergies. The smooth surface ensures hair and skin isn’t exposed to friction, which helps minimize breakage and reduce the appearance of fine lines. Want the kind of gentle introduction to silk Baker talks about in terms of linen? Shop our editor-vetted list of the best silk pillowcases on the market.
    • Cotton: There is a range of cotton that is popular in luxury bedding, differing based on the origin of the material. Egyptian and Pima share similar characteristics, such as long-staple fibers that contribute to their softness and durability. Cotton is highly breathable and wicks away moisture from the body, making it a great buy for those who run hot and might experience night sweats or hot flashes.
    • Bamboo: Bamboo-derived fabric is a sustainable choice, with a similar softness and feel of silk sheets. It is soft, breathable, and thermoregulating, meaning it provides warmth in cooler weather and the cool feel you’re craving during the summertime. Many top-of-the-line bamboo sheets come with perks like enhanced durability (Cozy Earth’s Bamboo Sheet Set, as an example, promises to stand up against pilling for 10 years).
    • Eucalyptus: Similar to the aforementioned bamboo, eucalyptus is trending in the bedding space because of its lightness, mighty thermoregulation abilities, and inherent sustainability. Due to the material’s moisture-wicking capabilities, it’s also a popular choice for cooling sheets during the summertime. When a brand’s bedding is made from eucalyptus, it’s typically crafted from a plant-based Tencel lyocell blend which, like hemp and flax, cuts back on water usage during production (a win for both your REM cycle and the planet). Note that while bamboo sheets start off soft, eucalyptus sheets often have a rougher hand feel at first but soften with time and regular washing.

How to Care for Your Luxury Cotton and Linen Bedding

White cotton sheets: “Basic white sheets are remarkably durable — even with regular use and washing. Warm or hot water is generally fine, and I recommend using a mild detergent. After washing, give the sheets a good shake and stretch out the corners and edges to release wrinkles before they go into the dryer,” Baker suggests. “It also helps to remove them halfway through the cycle if they’ve balled up — shake them out and return them to the dryer to prevent uneven drying and set-in creases.” She also mentions that overdrying is the number one culprit for limiting sheets’ potential.

Linen sheets: “Linen sheets follow similar rules, though they tend to wrinkle more easily. When folding linen, I like to keep a water sprayer on hand to lightly mist the edges and smooth them with my hands,” says Baker. “I’ll often leave them partially folded overnight to let any remaining moisture evaporate before finishing the fold and putting them away.”

Colored or printed sheets: According to Baker, sheets with embroidery, prints, dyed colors, or stitched edges require a bit more care than your typical bedding set. “Stick to warm water (or cold if you are concerned about prints and colors fading), avoid overdrying, and use color-safe bleach if needed. And make sure to check the care labels for any specialty items,” she shares with WWD.

Stain removal: “I recommend soaking heavily soiled sheets or pillowcases overnight in a bucket with a tablespoon of Dawn dish soap and a scoop of OxiClean — it’s surprisingly effective,” says Baker. “Occasional use of regular bleach is fine, too. Just be sure to run an extra rinse cycle to eliminate any residue. I’ve used this method on my own white sheets, including some that are still going strong after two decades. Avoid fabric softeners and dryer sheets and use wool dryer balls in your dryer.”
