The family is overjoyed with the arrival of a princess in their life, and their entire life revolves around her well-being and comfort. Recently, Suniel Shetty celebrated his 64th birthday and his special day was marked with a cutesy cake with ‘Ajja’ the biggest title written on it.
Suniel Shetty shared a glimpse of his birthday cake after welcoming his granddaughter
On August 11, 2025, Suniel Shetty took to his Instagram handle and posted a picture of his birthday cake. He celebrated his day with his granddaughter, Evaarah. The occasion turned extra special as his family surprised him with a birthday cake that had ‘Ajja’ written on it.
For those who don’t know, Ajja means Grandfather in Marathi. He shared the photo of the birthday cake with ‘Happy birthday Ajja’ written over it. It was a farm-themed cake with cows, chickens and hens. Sharing the photo, Suniel Shetty wrote:
“My most precious, from my most precious!!”

On June 2, 2025, Ahan took to his Instagram handle and posted two pictures with his sister, Athiya Shetty’s daughter, Evaarah. In the silhouette picture, we can see Ahan holding Evaarah in his arms as he is feeding her milk from the milk bottle. He also had her burp cloth on his shoulder. The actor was seen cradling her while doing the same. He captioned the photos as:
“On Duty (with a milk bottle emoji and an evil eye emoji)”
Suniel Shetty talked about staying fit for his granddaughter
On World Health Day, Suniel Shetty talked about the importance of good health. In an interview with ETimes, he shared that he takes care of his fitness to make sure that he can play with his granddaughter and not tire out. He added that he focuses on training his abs and doesn’t haunch or drag his feet. He said:
“A lot of kids are doing anabolic steroids and that’s an absolute no, because over a period it will tell you. I’m 60 plus and the only reason I train my abs is to make sure that I walk straight, I don’t hunch, and I don’t drag my feet. Tomorrow I’ll be able to play with my grandchild without having to take a break every two seconds, because the child’s energy is going to be different.
Suniel further stated that he works out daily, and it is blissful. He stated that he is now looking forward to coming back home and spending time with his wife, Mana, and his granddaughter. He said:
“When you train regularly, the dopamine and the adrenaline that you get after a workout is bliss. There are certain things that you have to be excited and continue to look forward to. I look forward to coming back home and spending time with Mana. My biggest excitement in my life, right now, is that child.”
